These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DemoForge, an interactive product-demo and tutorial authoring service (the "Service") provided by Digerati, a company established in Finland ("DemoForge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
DemoForge lets you capture screens from your own software, assemble guided interactive demos and tutorials, add explanatory hotspots (optionally assisted by AI), generate voice-over narration, translate content, and publish or embed those demos for your audience.
Certain features (hotspot suggestions, draft explanations, translations, and voice narration) send relevant content — such as screenshots and the text you are editing — to our AI subprocessors (Anthropic and Inworld) to generate output. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. Usage of AI features may be subject to fair-use limits described in the application.
You agree not to:
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.
The Service itself — including its software, design and trademarks — is owned by DemoForge and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output is not professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemoForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain and delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and the courts of Finland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
